At the meeting, representatives of OBET presented the results of the Final Report "Study of the status and potential of the rail link: Szczecin - Koszalin - Słupsk - Gdańsk - Olsztyn - Elk. "
The meeting took place on 4 March 2011 in Elblag and was the fifth round of consultation, organized jointly by the Marshal Offices of Voivodeships: Pomorskie and Warmińsko-Mazurskie.
